Everdream Strengthens Executive Team by Appointing Joe Consul Chief Financial Officer and Lou Muggeo VP of Customer Operations

Industry Veterans Bring More Than 45 Years Combined Experience to Deepen Bench for Company's Leading On-Demand Desktop Management Services

FREMONT, Calif. Feb. 22, 2006 Everdream Corporation, the market leader in on-demand desktop management services, today announced the appointment of Joe Consul as chief financial officer and Lou Muggeo as vice president of customer operations. The newly-appointed executives bring more than 45 years combined experience to Everdream as the company gains momentum in 2006.

Consul brings more than 20 years of finance and operations experience to Everdream, with a successful track record of helping companies grow from start-up stage through initial public offerings and in the process, dramatically increasing shareholder value. In this role, Consul is responsible for all of Everdream's financial, accounting, human resource, and IT operations.

Prior to joining Everdream, Consul was vice president of finance and chief financial officer of Arcot Systems, a leading provider of identity management solutions for e-payments, pharmaceutical and banking applications. Before Arcot Systems, he served as vice president of finance and CFO at Tumbleweed Communications (NASDAQ: TMWD), where he led the company's IPO.

Previously, Consul served as vice president of operations for Fractal Design Corporation, and also held senior finance positions at Ray Dream, XA Systems Corporation, and Adobe Systems. Consul holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University, an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, and was licensed as a California C.P.A.

As vice president of customer operations, Muggeo is responsible for all aspects of service delivery to Everdream customers, including the help desk and managed services organizations, as well as leading Everdream's customer advocacy initiatives. The newly created position further exemplifies Everdream's commitment to providing unparalleled customer service and support.

Muggeo brings more than 25 years of customer service and support, and professional services delivery experience. Prior to Everdream, Muggeo was vice president of strategic account management and industry consulting services at Kronos where he was responsible for expanding the company's management consulting practice focused on development and delivery of vertical business consulting services.

Prior to Kronos, Muggeo was senior vice president of service delivery at Jamcracker where he was responsible for all service delivery to customers, management of service and support partners, and support delivery through the Jamcracker Service Center. In addition, Mr. Muggeo was vice president of worldwide customer support at both Exodus Communications and Sybase and has worked in several start-up environments, including Gupta Technologies and Cullinet.
