January 18, 2005 Everdream Corporation, the leading provider of hosted and managed PC services, today announced the availability of several new services and features, as well as key enhancements to the Everdream Control Center, the platform businesses around the globe depend on for the management, protection, and support of their computers. With these new services, Everdream continues to improve device management services, reducing system downtime, technical assistance and operational costs.

Highlights of the new features and services include:
- Everdream RemoteAssist: A new service that provides the customer IT staff secure and remote access to any PC on their network through the Everdream Control Center. This unique service offers comprehensive remote management capabilities, including file transfer, remote file and registry manipulation, screen capture, web chat and desktop sharing. Unlike many competitive offerings, RemoteAssist does not require that the user be connected to the LAN: remote workers, working from a hotel, for example, can be securely managed with this new feature.
- Everdream Network Scanning: A new service that quickly and easily scans the network, identifying and inventorying all devices on that network. By simply downloading the Everdream agent on a single PC, a comprehensive and detailed network inventory is available in minutes, offering an assessment of potential security vulnerabilities, as well as valuable asset accountability information.
- Everdream Virus Protection Enhancements: Including a complete virus history record for each asset, detailing every virus that has infected an individual PC and the disposition of that virus.
- Everdream End-User Portal: A new feature that allows individual PC users to initiate patch downloads, order new software and enter and track their own service requests.
- Purchase Order Entry and Tracking: A new feature that allows customers to order new PC hardware directly through the Everdream Control Center, closing the loop on complete PC lifecycle management services.

Patch management automatically identifies, distributes and installs necessary software patches while allowing administrators to track security status and evaluate system protection.
