Dell has completed the acquisition of Everdream, a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for remote-service management, providing Dell with an expanded presence in the rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-enabled managed services market as well as advanced capabilities in remote service management. The acquisition is a significant next step in Dell’s expansion of next generation service capabilities that help end customers and channel partners Simplify IT.

Based in Fremont, California and with operational facilities in Dallas, Texas and Charlotte, North Carolina, Everdream manages more than 140,000 desktops for companies in 60+ countries around the globe, including Brocade Communications, Midas, Salesforce.com, Sonic Automotive and many others.
