Inside Sales Representative
Everdream is the leading provider of Internet-based IT services for desktop management. We provide organizations with on-demand software and services for patch management, asset management, software distribution, virus protection, data backup and help desk operations that are fast to implement, easy to use and very affordable
The Inside Sales Rep’s primary responsibility will be to close new deals in small to medium sized companies. Focus will be on the Technology product but can also include sales of Tier One Help Desk. This person may have a growth path of Field Sales. The ISR’s success will be measured by the following:
- Ability to close new accounts and revenue with a focus on opportunities of >500 and <1500 seats
- Follow business rules for lead follow-up and ensure that all leads are properly pursued
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
- Conduct WebEx demos and manage prospect download trials
- Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects
- Ensure strong client/prospect communication and follow-up by documenting all designated calls-to-action, follow-up dates, complete profile information, lead source, and prospect interaction in SFDC
- Update opportunity status in SFDC to ensure accurate forecasting and deal history, for tracking and management reporting
- Pass opportunities with greater than >1500 potential to the Field
- Consistently achieve revenue quota
- Produce reports as necessary
Inside Sales Rep Profile
- A self-starter with a track record of successful experience selling to multiple executive levels within an organization
- Minimum of 5 years successful experience selling to CIO and Director of IT levels
- Strong skills including:
- Pre-call planning
- Opportunity qualification and objection handling
- Call structure and control
- Account development
- Time and territory management
- Proven track record achieving revenue goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was required
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player
- Experience and success working within a quota and commission structure
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
- The highest level of integrity
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Sales training, WebEx and SFDC experience a plus
- Experience selling in ASP model a plus
